Your languages are mixed because heroes.agg file contains all games graphics: sprites for monsters, menus, windows frames, spells, artifact and portrait pictures, terrain cells ect. Verteks16: New informations: I have copied file data/Heroes.agg from Polish version of the game to English version (needed to replace file, remember about backup) and magic happened - now editor is working, but language is mixed (English / Polish, look at attachments)! Sadly it also affects the game, broken graphics (look at the attachment), half-working menu, some buttons not working and language changed to Polish.
